The invention discloses a radio resource management method for a tactics wireless access system, and is to improve successful access probability of mobile users under the condition that a portion of channels are interfered. In the method, included are mainly five modules: a user grouping management module, a base station channel management module, a group user channel allocation management module, a base station announcement management module, and a mobile user channel management module. The basic process of the method is that the user grouping management module carries out grouping on the mobile users; the base station channel management module monitors UP/DOWN and busy/free states of channels and allocates service channels to the link-established users; the group user channel allocation management module carries out group user duty channel allocation operation; the base station announcement management module sends a group number and channel number mapping table; and finally, the mobile user channel management module responds to the mapping table, and the radio resource management is finished.
