The invention discloses an integrated probe and a test and measurement instrument with an integrated probe and relates to the field of electrical variable testing. The integrated probe contains a front-end assembly, a cable core and a BNC connector. The front-end assembly contains a PCB, a probe and a fixation pin which are installed on the PCB, a compensating circuit mounted on the PCB, a front-end insulating layer covering the PCB and the compensating circuit, and a metallic shielding tube installed outside the front-end insulating layer. The BNC connector contains a BNC shell and a BNC core. The BNC shell contains a cable connecting part and a front-end assembly connecting part. One end of the BNC core is connected with the cable core, and the other end of the BNC core is connected with the fixation pin. The integrated probe also contains an integrated injection rubber-covered layer which is fixedly installed on the external surface of the front-end assembly connecting part of the BNC connector and on the external surface of the front-end assembly so as to fixedly connect the BNC connector and the front-end assembly. The front-end insulating layer also adopts the injection rubber-covered layer. Thus, during injection of the integrated injection rubber-covered layer, the metallic shielding tube doesn't deform, and equivalent capacitance at the front end of the probe is stable.
