The pneumatic tire is configured so that a tire radial direction outer end of a bead filler is positioned further inward in a tire radial direction than a rim line position and a convex bar formation section comprising a convex bar extending in the tire radial direction is formed on the outer surface of a bead section, the convex bar formation section being positioned inside a rim flange contact section.
