Abstract

The invention discloses application of norwogonin to prepare anti-anoxia medicines, which is a medicine new purpose of norwogonin. Through a mouse sealed anoxic tolerance experiment, a mouse acute pressure-reducing tolerance experiment, and a mouse plateau anoxic experiment simulated by a low-pressure oxygen cabin, norwogonin is proved to be capable of effectively eliminating excess free radicals generated by anoxia mouse brain tissue, improving the anti-oxidation capability and mitigating damage caused by anoxia, has substantial anti-oxidation activity, and has the effect better than acetazolamide. Anti-anoxia medicines prepared by taking norwogonin as an active composition are applicable to control anoxic damage or treat various anoxic pathology states caused by oxygen content reduction in external environment, also are applicable to prevent or treat anoxic pathology states of heart, brain, respiratory system and the like because the exterior normal oxygen content cannot fully arrive into bodies due to diseases and the like, and also are applicable to prevent or treat a pathology state of relative oxygen supplement insufficiency because the oxygen consumption demanded by body activity exceeds physiological mobilization ability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medicine and relates to the medical use of norwogonin, in particular to the application of norwogonin in preparing anti-hypoxic drugs. Background technique [0002] Oxygen is a key substance in the metabolism of oxygen-consuming organisms to generate energy. Insufficient oxygen supply will lead to metabolic abnormalities, increased production of ROS, and changes in some important genes, leading to a series of diseases, such as aging, inflammation, cardiovascular disease, stroke, brain damage, and neurodegenerative diseases. With the continuous acceleration of the pace of modern life, hypoxia has become a fairly common phenomenon. With the continuous advancement of the western development, more and more people are stationed in the plateau. The special low-pressure and hypoxic environment in the plateau area often makes people who rush into the plateau suffer from acute altitude sickness due to lack of oxygen. In se...
