Abstract

The invention discloses a pilot designating method. The pilot designating method comprises the following steps of establishing a local database and performing contract pool creation; selecting pilots to be designated and ships to be piloted and establishing a pilot designation model; solving the pilot designation model by means of a dynamic sub-population based improved genetic algorithm and finding an optimal pilot designation plan; designating the pilots according to the determined optimal pilot designation plan. The pilot designating method conducts a mathematical modeling on pilot designation, has good expansibility, can be used for solving a universal pilot designation model, well solves the pilot designation problem and has the advantages of being high in solving accuracy, short in solving time, reasonable in resource allocation and high in utilization rate. The dynamic sub-population based improved genetic algorithm is adopted on selection of an algorithm for solving an optimal pilot designation model and has the advantage that crossover probability changes along with dynamic sub-populations.
