Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing nosiheptide employing fermentation of streptomyces actuosus. The method comprises the following three steps: carrying out spore cultivation on a slant culture-medium; carrying out bacterial culture on a seed tank culture medium; and fermenting on a fermentation tank culture medium, wherein culture or fermentation parameters of various steps are optimized. Compared with the prior art, the activation of the streptomyces actuosus is optimized; the biological activity is improved through cultivation of the streptomyces actuosus at different stages; and the yield of the nosiheptide is increased by over 60%.
