Benefits of technology

This technology helps fix strong resilient hot glue onto an Al metal surface without losing its ability to absorb water or other liquids during use. It also prevents loose fibers from sticking out when it comes into contact with another material like steel plate. Additionally, this process allows for efficient mass production of larger patterns at once.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented text relates how to create an effective method that can be used with larger surfaces without sacrificing its ornamental appearance or quality.

Embodiment

[0013] The large-area transfer printing method of wood-grain aluminum profiles in this embodiment includes the following steps: (1) Select the aluminum profiles that have been sprayed, wrap the transferred aluminum profiles with wood-grain heat transfer paper, and wrap them with high-temperature resistant The glued paper fixes the interface of the paper; (2) Put a high-temperature-resistant and well-sealed tubular plastic bag on the aluminum profile that has been wrapped with wood-grain heat transfer paper, and then vacuumize from both ends of the plastic bag , the vacuum negative pressure is 0.6Mpa, so that the plastic bag and wood grain heat transfer paper are close to the aluminum profile; (3) Send the wrapped aluminum profile to the oven for baking at a temperature of 170°C 7min; (4) Take the aluminum profile out of the oven, pull off the plastic bag from one end of the transferred aluminum profile, tear off the thermal transfer paper, and clean the surface.

Abstract

The invention discloses a large-area transfer method for a wood-grain aluminum profile. According to the method, a sprayed aluminum profile is selected, to-be-transferred aluminum profile is wrapped with wood-grain thermal transfer paper, and a port of the paper is fixed by a high-temperature resistant adhesive tape; the aluminum profile wrapped by the wood-grain thermal transfer paper is sleeved with a tubular plastic bag which is high-temperature resistant and better in sealing performance, then vacuum is pumped from two ends of the plastic bag, the negative pressure of vacuum is 0.5-0.6 MPa, so that the plastic bag and the wood-grain thermal transfer paper are tightly attached to the aluminum profile; the wrapped aluminum profile is sent to an oven for baking and baked for 7 min at the temperature condition of 170 DEG C; and the aluminum profile is taken out of the oven, the plastic bag is pulled off from one end of the to-be-transferred aluminum profile, then the thermal transfer paper is torn down, and the surface is cleaned. The method is simple, transfer is performed on large-area aluminum profile, and good decoration effect is realized.
