The technology comprises the following steps: carrying out silicification treatment on annealed aluminum ingot; cleaning the aluminum ingot which is subjected to silicification treatment; selecting an aluminum ingot with a proper size, heating to 320-360 DEG C and carrying out annealing treatment; extruding the cleaned aluminum ingot in an extrusion mold; extruding a convex cover of the fluid reservoir for the vehicle air conditioner in extruding, wherein the extrusion temperature is 180-240 DEG C; carrying out quenching treatment on the extruded fluid reservoir for the vehicle air conditioner; and carrying out numerical control machining on the quenched fluid reservoir for the vehicle air conditioner through numerical control equipment.
