Problems solved by technology

[0005] 1. It takes a lot of manpower and time, and it takes a long time to gradually puncture the fallopian tubes;
[0006] 2. The method is not easy to operate, and the fallopian tubes are relatively curved, so puncturing every required section cannot achieve good results;
[0007] 3. The acquisition time is long, which is unfavorable for the further growth and development of early embryos. During the acquisition process, the embryos stay in the outside world for too long, especially when the oviduct is completely punctured, the earliest embryos may have died or degenerated. In the end, the quality will also be greatly affected, and some damage will occur in the later development, which will lead to developmental stagnation during the development process

Embodiment Construction

[0031] figure 1 It is a mouse early embryo acquisition device, which consists of an outer cylinder 6, an inner cylinder 7, a central rod 1, a needle plate 9, and a hole plate 10.

[0032] exist figure 2 Among them, the outer cylinder 6 is a hollow cylinder, and the lower part is provided with a circular platform 8 whose diameter is larger than that of the upper part.

[0033] The inner cylinder 7 is placed in the inner cavity of the outer cylinder, the upper end of the inner cylinder 7 is provided with a sliding handle 5 protruding from the strip-shaped slot on the side wall of the outer cylinder, and the lower end of the inner cylinder 7 is connected with the needle plate 9 placed in the lower inner cavity of the outer cylinder . The central rod is placed in the inner cavity of the inner cylinder, the upper end of the central rod protrudes from the upper hole of the outer cylinder and is connected with the handle, the lower end of the central rod passes through the central...

Abstract

The invention discloses a mouse early embryo acquisition device and method. The mouse early embryo acquisition device comprises an outer barrel, an inner barrel, a center rod, a needle board and a porous board. The outer barrel is a hollow barrel and the lower portion of the outer barrel is provided with a circular table with the diameter larger than that of the upper portion. The inner barrel is arranged in an inner cavity of the outer barrel, a sliding handle protruding out of a strip-shaped slot in the side wall of the outer barrel is arranged at the upper end of the inner barrel, and the lower end of the inner barrel is connected with the needle board arranged in an inner cavity of the circular table. The center rod is arranged in an inner cavity of the inner barrel, the upper end of the center rod extends out of an open portion of the upper end of the outer barrel and is connected with a handle, and the lower end of the center rod penetrates through a center hole of the needle board and is connected with the porous board in the inner cavity of the circular table. The needle board and the porous board share the same center axis and the needle board is located above the porous board. The external diameter of the needle board and the external diameter of the porous board are matched with the internal diameter of the circular table at the lower portion of the outer barrel. Multiple puncture needles extending downwards are arranged on the needle board. The porous board is provided with holes corresponding to the puncture needles in position and matched with the puncture needles in diameter. By the adoption of the device and method, a large number of early free embryos can be acquired quickly and efficiently from the fallopian tube or the uterine horn of a mouse.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a mouse early embryo acquisition device and acquisition method. Background technique [0002] Reproduction and health are the main theme of today's world. Without reproductive activities, any species in nature will cease to exist, especially for the eugenics and healthy development of human groups. Therefore, research on reproduction is a hot and difficult point in current life science research. For research related to human reproductive health, experimental mice are ideal animal models for human research on reproductive phenomena. Early mouse embryos exist in a free state in the fallopian tube or uterine horn. Taking these free embryos out of the reproductive tract can well study the growth and development characteristics and laws of early embryos, thus laying the foundation for the prenatal and postnatal care of newborn individuals. A solid theoretical and practical foundation. [0003] Since the mouse oviduct is a mass st...
