The tank truck safe breathing system comprises a breather valve arranged over the tank truck tank body, a through communication pipeline arranged on the tank body, a self-closing valve arranged in the tank body and one or more buoyant valves or gravity valves distributed at different positions in the tank body and communicated with ports, correspondingly formed at the different positions, of the communication pipeline respectively. One end of the breather valve is communicated with the outside of the tank body, and the other end of the breather valve is communicated with the corresponding port of the communication pipeline.
