Abstract

State and fault estimation can be carried out on a nonlinear system with measurement loss, and thus state monitoring and fault diagnosis is realized. The method comprises the steps of modeling a nonlinear system which has measurement loss under event driven transmission, designing an estimator, and using the estimator to perform fault and state estimation. According to the embodiment of the invention, the system is modeled to obtain a nonlinear system model with measurement loss, system state and fault signals are combined into a fault estimation overall system model through state augmentation and thus a parameter design plan for the estimator is obtained, and state monitoring and fault diagnosis of the system are realized through joint state and fault estimation.
