flue gas channel; a
smoke inlet of the rotating
heat pipe mechanism is communicated with a
smoke outlet of the
pipe bundle heat exchange mechanism, and a rotating shaft with a second
pipe bundle and a built-in
heat pipe is arranged in the rotating
heat pipe mechanism. And the
flue gas
backflow mechanism communicates the
flue gas outlet of the rotary heat
pipe mechanism with the
hearth through a
backflow pipeline and a fan. The self-cleaning mechanism comprises a flow guide plate arranged on the inner wall of the shell, a scraping plate which is fixed on the rotating shaft and is in contact with the flow guide plate, and an ash bucket at the bottom. Efficient and lasting
waste heat recovery is achieved through heat exchange combination of the rotary heat pipe and the pipe bundle; the self-cleaning mechanism automatically removes dust; the
flue gas backflow mechanism regulates and controls low-temperature
flue gas to return to the
hearth, and deep
energy recovery is achieved. The
system integrates monitoring and safety mechanisms, operation
controllability and stability are guaranteed, and the heat efficiency of the boiler is integrally improved.
