Problems solved by technology

[0002] Conventional temperature-sensitive spray film agents need to be stored at low temperature, which has the disadvantage that the use temperature cannot be higher than the body surface temperature of the human body (about 35°C)
Conventional sprays that use ethanol as a solvent contain a large amount of ethanol, which is more irritating to the skin, and the solution is seriously lost after spraying o

Embodiment 1

[0033] Take 240ml of purified water and 60ml of ethanol, mix well, add 6g of oxaprozin, fully dissolve. Add 15g PVP k30 to fully swell, add 60g poloxamer to swell overnight. The obtained solution is filled in a spray bottle to obtain a drug-containing spray film.

[0034] Take 2ml of the above solution and use the test tube inversion method to measure the maximum spray temperature of the system to be 40°C. Fill the solution into a spray bottle, spray it directly on the back of the hand, and measure the film-forming time of the system: the film-forming time on the back of the hand is 50s. Measure the weight that the solution loses by weighing method, and record its retention rate on the back of the hand to be 85%.

Embodiment 2

[0036] Take 160ml of purified water and 40ml of ethanol and mix well. Add 6g CMS-Na to fully swell, add 36g poloxamer to swell overnight. The obtained solution is filled in a spray bottle to obtain a spray film matrix. Take 80ml of purified water and 120ml of ethanol, mix them evenly, and fill them in a spray bottle to obtain a conventional tincture base with an alcohol content of 60%.

[0037] Take the spray film base of the present invention as the test sample; the spray (tincture) with conventional ethanol as the solvent is the reference substance. Using the method of self-comparison, the drug administration study on the damaged skin of rabbits was carried out.

[0038] 24 hours before the administration, the rabbits were depilated on both sides of the back and spine, and a well-shaped pattern (5cm×5cm) was drawn on the skin with a scalpel. Give the test product on the left side, and the control product on the right side, observe the rabbit's struggle, measure the lost d...

Embodiment 3

[0041] Take 170ml of purified water and 30ml of ethanol and mix well. Add 2g bletilla jelly to fully swell, add 38g poloxamer to swell overnight. Add 8g of Chinese medicine extract (extract mixed with Sophora flavescens and Phellodendron Phellodendri in a mass ratio of 1:1), fully dissolve, and stir evenly. The obtained solution is filled in a spray bottle to obtain a drug-containing spray film. Take 60ml of purified water and 140ml of ethanol and mix well. Add 8g of Chinese medicine extract, fully dissolve, and stir evenly. The resulting solution is filled in a spray bottle to obtain a conventional medicated tincture with an alcohol content of 60%.

[0042] The spray film of the present invention is the test product; the conventional tincture is the reference product. Using berberine hydrochloride as the detection index, Franz transdermal diffusion cell method was used to determine the transdermal amount of the drug.

[0043] Take the complete skin on the back of fresh p...

Abstract

The invention relates to a spraying pellicle capable of being used in high-temperature high-dampness environment and a preparation method thereof. The spraying pellicle comprises matrix and a drug; wherein the matrix is composed of poloxamer, ethanol, a thickening agent, and water. The provided spraying pellicle is in a liquid state at a room temperature or a high temperature (40 DEG C). The spraying pellicle can be sprayed over the human skin, and rapidly forms a membrane on the skin. The provided spraying pellicle is easy to carry along. The shortage that the conventional temperature-sensitive gel can only be used at a low temperature is overcome, and the application range of the spraying pellicle is enlarged. Furthermore, all temperature-sensitive materials and drugs can be made into the spraying pellicle.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a spray film agent which can be used in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Conventional temperature-sensitive spray film formulations require low-temperature storage, and have the disadvantage that the use temperature cannot be higher than the body surface temperature of the human body (about 35°C). Conventional sprays that use ethanol as a solvent contain a large amount of ethanol, which is more irritating to the skin, and the solution is seriously lost after spraying on the skin surface, which seriously affects the use effect. The present invention aims to overcome the shortcoming that ordinary temperature-sensitive gels need to be used under low temperature conditions, and develop a spray film agent that can be used in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, which can be widely used in the prevention and treatment of diseases in high-tempe...
