Abstract

The stand comprises a first frame component (6) supporting the solar panel (1), a second frame component (7) supporting the first frame component (6) and extending in the direction orthogonal to the first frame component (6) and a fixed component (4) fixed at a base part of an arrangement surface. The second frame component (7) is fixed with the fixed component (4) by utilization of a fastening component (5). A gasket component (25) is arranged between the second frame component (7) and the fixed component (4). The first surface, near the fixed component (4) side, of the gasket component (25) forms a curved surface protruding towards the fixed component (4) side and is pressed against the fixed component (4).
