Abstract

The invention discloses a telescopic detector for detecting the carbon content of high-temperature molten iron in a steel furnace. The telescopic detector comprises a display interface, wherein a telescopic arm is arranged at the end part of the display interface; a rotary head is arranged at the end part of the telescopic arm; a carbon concentration sensor is arranged at the end part of the rotary head; the telescopic arm is made of high-temperature-resistant aluminium oxide and is connected with the rotary head through screws. The telescopic detector for detecting the carbon content of high-temperature molten iron in the steel furnace has the advantages that the telescopic arm is made of high-temperature-resistant aluminium oxide, the melting point of aluminium oxide is high, and the high-temperature-resistance of aluminium oxide is far greater than that of iron oxide, so that the fact that the element can bear high-temperature influence of a high-temperature furnace can be ensured effectively; the rotary head can rotate, and during steelmaking, the detection device can be in full contact with iron solution, so that the detection accuracy can be ensured, different kinds of steel can be produced by producers more accurately, and not only can energy waste be avoided, but also the steel can meet the requirements of customers more easily.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detector, more precisely, a telescopic detector for the carbon content of high-temperature molten iron in a steelmaking furnace. Background technique [0002] The carbon concentration detection of steelmaking furnaces is mostly set on the boiler, which greatly increases the production cost of the boiler, and when the detection device fails, it will directly lead to the scrapping of the boiler, which seriously shortens the service life of the boiler. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention mainly solves the technical problems existing in the prior art, thereby providing an assembled telescopic detector for the carbon content of high-temperature molten iron in a steelmaking furnace that can be measured conveniently. [0004] Above-mentioned technical problem of the present invention is mainly solved by following technical scheme: [0005] A telescopic detector for high-temperature molten iron and carbon content in a...
