One vertical column is fixed at each of the two sides of the alumina ceramic piece. The upper surface of the alumina ceramic piece is equipped with the two fixed rollers. When the rollers move to below the moving contact, the height by which the moving contact is lifted is greater than the thickness of the alumina ceramic piece, so that friction between the alumina ceramic piece and the moving contact is prevented.
