The step of induction and root confinement cultivation comprises the substeps that a water conveying pipe is laid, wherein water manure is applied in a 30-60 cm deep and 60-80 cm wide soil layer; precise water management is performed, wherein the relative water content of soil of the 30 cm soil layer is maintained to be 55-65% in the asparagus harvesting period and maintained to be 65-75% in the vegetative period; formula fertilization is performed, wherein precise fertilization is performed according to the fertilizer requirement for various growth stages of the asparagus.
