Problems solved by technology

At present, the treatment of estradiol mainly focuses on the removal in the water environment. Common treatment methods include adsorption, chemical oxidation, photocatalytic degradation, and biodegradation. As well as the complexity and heterogeneity of the soil environment, the application of treatment methods in the water environment to soil is limited and the effect is poor

Embodiment 1

[0025] Embodiment 1. A method for repairing estradiol in soil based on immobilized microorganism technology

[0026] (1) Pretreatment of immobilized carrier material

[0027] Dry fresh cottonseed cakes and pine needles at room temperature, mix them in a weight ratio of 1:1, crush or crush them through a 40-mesh standard sieve for later use, and mix pyrophyllite particles with a particle size of 0.2-1 mm with the sieved cottonseeds Cake and pine needles are mixed evenly by weight ratio 4:1:1 and put into a sterilizing pot, sterilized by high-temperature steam at 121°C for 2.5 hours, put into a plastic bucket and put it in a sterile room until the temperature drops to room temperature, and set aside;

[0028] (2) Preparation of immobilized microbial particles

[0029] Add the bacterial suspension containing estradiol-degrading bacteria evenly to the surface of the pretreated immobilized carrier and mix evenly. Light culture, add proliferation medium (yeast 0.5, casein acid hyd...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for remediation of estradiol in soil on basis of the immobilized microbial technology, relates to a method for soil remediation. The method comprises the following steps: mixing pyrophyllite, decorticated cottonseed meal and pine needle according to the weight part ratio of pyrophyllite to decorticated cottonseed meal to pine needle being 4:1:1 to obtain a microbial immobilized carrier material, sterilizing, inoculating a bacterium suspension which accounts for 2-5% of the total weight of the carrier, additionally adding an enrichment medium according to the dosage of 1.5 ml of enrichment medium for 1 g of the carrier each day to obtain immobilized microbial granules, and determining a proper feed ratio of the prepared immobilized microbial granules according to the weight of soil, so as to be used for remediation of estradiol contaminated soil. According to the method for remediation of estradiol in soil on basis of the immobilized microbial technology, provided by the invention, estradiol in soil is degraded by utilizing the immobilized microbial technology, and the degradation effect of estradiol under different environment temperatures, pH values and soil moisture contents and other soil environment conditions can be examined.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for repairing soil, in particular to a method for repairing estradiol in soil based on immobilized microorganism technology. Background technique [0002] Environmental Estrogens (Environmental Estrogens) are a kind of biological organisms to maintain normal dynamic balance, Environmental chemicals (exogenous substances) that adversely affect reproduction, growth, and behavior are also known as Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs). [0003] Human and animal excreta are the main source of estradiol in the natural environment. In order to promote the growth of livestock and poultry and shorten the breeding cycle, some farms add a large amount of growth hormones to the feed. These hormones will be discharged into the environment along with the manure of livestock and poultry. After fertilization, they will not only accumulate in crops, but also With the rainfall and irrigation process, it enters the soil and even the g...
