This invention discloses a PCB boss coplanarity
grinding device, relating to the field of PCB
processing technology. It includes: a mounting frame comprising an arc-shaped cover, with a first support and a second support respectively on the left and right sides of the arc-shaped cover; a power
assembly comprising a first motor mounted on the first support and transmission columns rotatably nested at both ends of the arc-shaped cover, the first motor and the transmission columns being connected via
gear transmission, and a transmission shaft slidingly passing through the transmission columns; and a
grinding assembly located between the two transmission shafts, comprising a main shaft, on which low-
copper grinding wheels and high-
copper grinding wheels are alternately sleeved. This invention, by alternately sleeved low-
copper and high-copper grinding wheels on the main shaft, enables the high and
low copper layers to achieve the required coplanarity after a single grinding operation. Furthermore, the grinding
assembly and power assembly are quick and easy to assemble and replace.
