The selection module is used for providing training options for users; the real object module is used for operating real object equipment according to the training options in the selection module; and the simulation module is used for operating simulation equipment according to the training options in the selection module. By simultaneously providing the real object module and the simulation module, the personnel training system of a nuclear power plant carries out operation training of the real object equipment and the simulation equipment. Under the condition of training according to the real object equipment, the real object equipment can be utilized for training. If the real object equipment doesn't have conditions or is not improved, the simulation equipment can be utilized for training so as to make up incompleteness of existing training systems.
