Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, in the separation mechanism that uses ratchets, there may be problems such as that the paper cannot be separated normally, or problems such as lines appearing in the reproduced image
The inventors of the present application have found through diligent research that static electricity will be generated due to friction during transportation, and the ratchet will sometimes move to the driving side and sometimes to the conveying roller side under the action of electrostatic force, and the ratchet will become unable to operate normally.
For example, when the ratchet is attracted to the driving side by electrostatic force, it cannot engage with the feed roller and transmit driving force to the feed roller, resulting in the above-mentioned problem that the paper cannot be separated normally

Embodiment Construction

[0020] One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code|symbol is used for the same part in each figure, and overlapping description is abbreviate|omitted.

[0021] figure 1 A schematic diagram showing the overall structure of a paper conveying device using the paper separating mechanism of the present invention. 1 is a paper platform for placing paper. 2 is the pick-up roller, and the friction sheet 4 pasted on the paper table 1 clamps the paper together, and provides friction for the paper to feed the paper. 3 is a support frame for supporting the pick-up roller 2, the separation roller 6 and the static elimination member 5 which will be described later. The static elimination member 5 is a self-discharging type static elimination cloth, and is attached to the support frame 3 . The static elimination member 5 is provided near the separation roller 6 described later and does not contact the separati...

Abstract

The invention provides a paper separating mechanism with capabilities of normally separating paper and ensuring quality of reconstructed images. The paper separating mechanism comprises a driving part, a ratchet wheel, a separation roll shaft and an electricity removal member. The driving part is provided with a protrusion part and driven by a motor to rotate. The ratchet wheel is of a cylindrical structure with side teeth of the ratchet wheel. One end of the ratchet wheel is arranged on the driving part in a sleeving mode. When the driving part is driven by the motor to rotate, the ratchet wheel is pushed by the protrusion part so as to axially slide and rotate. A separation roll used for separating paper is arranged in the middle of the separation roll shaft in a sleeving mode. The separation roll shaft is provided with side teeth of the shaft, used for being engaged with the side teeth of the ratchet wheel. The other end of the ratchet wheel is arranged on the separation roll shaft in a sleeving mode. Along with axial sliding motion of the ratchet wheel, the side teeth of the shaft is engaged with or separated from the side teeth of the ratchet wheel. One surface of the electricity removal member is arranged in the manner of being opposite to the outer peripheral surface of at least one member among the driving part, the ratchet wheel and the separation roll in the non-contact mode.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a paper separating mechanism. Background technique [0002] In image forming devices or image reading devices of scanners, copiers, facsimile machines, printers, and compound machines composed of the above machines, in order to transfer images or read images, it is set to transfer the paper from the paper table one by one Paper separation mechanism for separating and conveying. In this paper separation mechanism, the paper is stretched due to the rapid paper feeding on the downstream side of the paper conveyance, and the rear end of the paper is impacted at the moment when it leaves the separation roller or other conveying rollers of the paper separation mechanism, which in turn causes image jitter , In order to prevent image defects caused by this paper feeding method, a one-way clutch or ratchet mechanism is often provided on the separation roller or other paper feeding rollers upstream of the image reading part.
