The method comprises: receiving a processing instruction that comprises a to-be-processed file and that is sent by a user; determining a function control set corresponding to the processing instruction, and generating a configuration file, wherein the configuration file is used for describing parameter configurations and reference data elements of each function control included in the function control set; and parsing the configuration file, creating corresponding function controls according to the parameter configurations of the function controls, and associating the function controls with preset processing logic to show the to-be-processed file in an user interface. The function controls-oriented processing approach facilitates decrease in processing difficulty faced by UI designers, thereby facilitating improvement in the processing efficiency of the user interface.
