When tramcars of the other lines need to pass the intersection at the same time, a driver can send a priority request with an unlocking command to ground control equipment if the phase requested by a second tramcar is located at a green light state. The intersection priority control cabinet receives the priority request with the unlocking command of the second tramcar and judges whether an unlocking condition is satisfied or not, the current route is unlocked if the unlocking condition is satisfied, a route of the second tramcar is arranged, the priority request of the second tramcar is processed at the same time, otherwise, the priority request of the first tramcar is processed.
