The software platform development method comprises: S1. formulating a system platform framework of a software platform, and based on the system platform framework, developing and publishing a system platform; S2. according to a function demand of the software platform, dividing and developing a functional module, and after development of the functional module is completed, publishing the functional module as a plug-in to enter a functional module product plug-in library; and S3. selecting a plug-in from the functional module product plug-in library based on a user service demand by means of the system platform for installation and integration, so as to load a functional module that meets the suer service demand to the system platform, thereby completing software platform development, wherein the system platform is further used for unloading an installed and integrated plug-in based on a user service demand.
