Problems solved by technology

[0003] The means to change the wettability of water mainly include chemical methods and physical methods. The chemical method mainly uses chemical additives to change the wettability of water. Most of the additives are surfactants. The amount used in the dusting process is relatively large, and the dust removal effect is ideal when the mass fraction is 0.07%. However, the dust removal efficiency for small-sized respirable dust is still not high, mainly due to the unsatisfactory atomization effect of water. It is impossible to form a high-density small particle size dust-repelling water mist. At the same time, the amount of active agent is high, resulting in high dust removal costs, which is not suitable for a wide range of applications in coal mines; its physical method is magnetization, although magnetization can change water molecules. The association promotes the conversion of large water molecule association groups into small molecular associations, which improves the wettability of water to coal dust to a certain extent, but only physical magnetization has a limited effect on changing the dust reduction performance of water, and its dust removal efficiency is far from that of coal dust. The required value still has a certain gap

Abstract

The invention provides an active magnetic water additive used for efficient dust fall under a coal mine and belongs to active magnetic water additives. The additive is prepared from, by weight, 30-50 parts of inorganic electrolyte, surfactant, 0.3-0.7 part of polar organic matter and 7-10 parts of polymers, wherein inorganic electrolyte comprises sodium chloride, the surfactant comprises 1-2.5 parts of anion sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 0.5-2 parts of non-ionic fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, the polar organic matter is fatty acid, and the polymers are polyethylene glycol. A solution prepared through the additive can have a coupling and coordination action with a magnetic field easily in the 300-400 mT magnetic field environment, active magnetic water with smaller surface tension and higher wettability is generated, and coal dust under a sedimentation well can be efficiently wetted through mist spraying. The additive is simple in formula, convenient to prepare and suitable for large-scale application of underground dust removal, and has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, low in cost and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an active magnetized water additive, in particular to an active magnetized water additive used for efficient dust reduction in coal mines. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of the mechanization of underground coal mine mining, the coal body is more easily broken, which greatly increases the amount of coal dust produced, especially the sharp increase in the amount of small-sized respirable dust, which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of underground workers. At present, the use of water spray to prevent and control coal dust is one of the commonly used dust removal technologies in coal mines at home and abroad. However, coal dust is hydrophobic, especially small-sized dust, which is not easily wetted by water mist. Therefore, the method of simply spraying dust with water in the mine cannot achieve efficient dust removal. In order to effectively prevent coal dust in coal mines and create a more ...
