The method comprises: an open platform receiving a natural language inquire statement sent by a user terminal, converting the natural language inquire statement to an inquire statement that a third party content provider can identify, wherein the natural language inquire statement is generated after the user terminal receives an inquire request which is described by a user through natural language; the open platform sending the inquire statement which can be identified to one or more third party content providers; the open platform receiving one or more inquire response messages returned by the one or more third party content providers according to the inquire statement which can be identified; and the open platform sending the one or more inquire response messages to the user terminal. The method can reduce difficulty for a third party content provider to access the open platform.
