The planting method comprises the steps of: selecting interplanting parcels; selecting eucalyptus and peanut varieties suitable for interplanting; when relative soil moisture content reaches over 70% and an average temperature is stabilized at 12 DEG C-18 DEG C, interplanting the eucalyptuses and peanuts, and interplanting the eucalyptuses and peanuts with a line space ratio of 1:(4-6), wherein the distance between the eucalyptus and peanut is at least 40 cm; carrying out fertilizing management; and carrying out field management and tending. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the nutrients of soil can be effectively increased, the soil fertility can be improved and the growth of eucalyptus seedlings can be accelerated; the major pest and disease harm indexes of peanuts are reduced, the occurrence of peanut pests and diseases and increases is reduced, and the peanut yield and interplanting income are increased; and the micro-ecological environment of the soil is improved, the application amount of pesticides and fertilizers is reduced and sustainable development of interplanting eucalyptuses and peanuts is accelerated.
