The receiving circuit is connected with an external control circuit and the DCTD decoding circuit so as to receive a slotted impulse signal transmitted by the external control circuit and transport the slotted impulse signal to the DCTD decoding circuit. The output circuit is connected with the DCTD decoding circuit so as to receive control instructions transmitted by the DCTD decoding circuit and transport the control instructions to a load circuit.
