Abstract

The invention provides a composite polypeptide additive feed and a making method thereof. The feed comprises an antibacterial peptide fragment which is formed through purification and concentration of a yeast gene. The making method comprises the following steps: chemically synthesizing an antibacterial peptide magainin gene fragment coded by a yeast preference codon; recombining the antibacterial peptide bombesin gene fragment with a yeast expression vector so as to form an intracellular expression vector; transforming a host bacterium in the expression vector by electroporation; subjecting the antibacterial peptide magainin gene fragment to purification and concentration; and mixing the purified and concentrated antibacterial peptide magainin gene fragment with conventional accessory materials so as to form the composite polypeptide additive feed. According to the invention, a novel antibiotic substitute is formed; dependence and abuse of antibiotics are reduced; and sound development of the livestock and poultry industry is promoted.
