Abstract

The invention discloses a LTE transmitting method and device on an unauthorized frequency spectrum in order to transmit a DRS and a PDSCH in the same subframe. The method comprises steps of: monitoring the unauthorized frequency spectrum on the basis of a LBT mechanism sending the PDSCH; when channel idle is monitored, the time of the DRS and the time of the DMTC are superposed in the channel occupation time, and a DRS sendable position is included in the superposed time, simultaneously sending the DRS and the PDSCH in the same subframe in the channel occupation time, wherein the same subframe includes the DRS sendable position. The method and the device may simultaneously transmit the DRS and the PDSCH on the unauthorized frequency spectrum in order to provide a user with good broadband experience, high speed, and good stability and mobile convenience, and coexist with WiFi.
