The two sides of the upper surface of the bottom disc are provided with multiple locating holes as through holes. The bottom disc is of a channel steel framework structure. The dovetail guide rails are fixed into locating holes on two sides of the bottom disc via bolts. The dovetail seats are matched with the dovetail guide rails and located on the upper surfaces of the dovetail guide rails. One sides of the dovetail seats are provided with jackscrews penetrating through the side walls of the dovetail seats to be in touch with the dovetail guide rails. The upper surfaces of the dovetail seats are provided with support plates. Multiple balancing seats are arranged on the lower surface of the bottom disc.
