Abstract

The invention provides a rapid propagation method of seedlings by adopting leaves of corymbose hedyotis herb. The rapid propagation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking tender leaves of sterile test-tube plantlets of the corymbose hedyotis herb and scratching # shapes on the back surfaces of the leaves with a dissecting knife; then putting the tender leaves into an MS propagation culture medium to be cultured and inducing formation of callus; differentiating the callus to obtain cluster buds; (2) putting the cluster buds into an MS strong seedling culture medium to be subjected to strong seedling culture, so as to obtain healthy and strong plants; and (3) putting the healthy and strong plants into an MS rooting culture medium to be cultured to obtain complete seedlings with roots. With the adoption of a culture method provided by the invention, the multiplication coefficient of the cluster buds of the corymbose hedyotis herb is increased by 20-30 times, and the rooting rate of obtained tissue culture seedlings is more than 96%, and the survival rate of a transplanting seedling bed is more than 90%, so that the problem of large-scale seedling culturing of the corymbose hedyotis herb is effectively solved.
