Problems solved by technology

[0004] At present, phosphate buffered saline (PBS) is often mixed with donor fecal bacteria in the process of fecal bacteria transplantation. Due to the fluid characteristics of the mixed solution, the time of contact with the intestinal wall is short during the clinical injection or enema under the endoscope. Affect the colonization effect of fecal bacteria
If the fecal liquid needs to be preserved, additional glycerin needs to be added, too many steps will easily increase the chance of exogenous infection

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples.

[0016] A kind of fecal bacteria preservation liquid, comprising the following components by weight percentage: 0.9% sodium chloride, 0.5% vitamin C, 50% glycerin, the rest is sterile purified water, and the pH value of the preservation liquid is 7.4.

[0017] The fecal bacteria obtained after collecting the feces and separating them were resuspended in 100 mL of preservation solution for every 50 g of feces, and then frozen and stored at -80°C.

[0018] When in use, thaw the frozen fecal bacteria in an ice bath, and then dilute it into 250 mL of sterile saline for use in fecal bacteria transplantation.

[0019] Fecal samples were collected from 4 volunteers, and the corresponding fecal bacteria were isolated using the fecal bacteria separation system. The feces of each volunteer were divided into 3 parts, and they were treated in 3 different ways:

Abstract

The invention discloses a coprophilous fungus preservation solution and a method for preserving coprophilous fungi by adopting the preservation solution. The coprophilous fungus preservation solution is prepared from, by weight, 0.9% of sodium chloride, 0.5%-2.0% of vitamin C, 20%-50% of glycerinum and the balance sterile purified water, and the pH value of the preservation solution ranges from 7.0 to 7.4. According to the coprophilous fungi preservation solution and the method for preserving the coprophilous fungi, the coprophilous fungi can be preserved for up to three months under the simple preservation condition, and it is guaranteed that the microorganism composition is still similar to that of the preservation solution which is initially separated and extracted; from the angle of the formula composition, the advantages of being low in cost, easy to prepare and the like are achieved, and therefore development of coproghilous fungus treatment is facilitated; from the results of specific implementation cases, the coprophilous fungi can be kept basically invariable for up to three months under the conventional preservation condition, and therefore a main guarantee is supplied to coprophilous fungus transplantation standardization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical testing, and in particular relates to a fecal bacteria preservation solution and a method for preserving feces bacteria by using the preservation solution. Background technique [0002] The structural imbalance of intestinal flora is an important factor in inducing various chronic diseases. In recent years, domestic and foreign studies have found that through "fecal microbiotatransplantation" (FMT), the intestinal flora from healthy people can be used to restore the intestinal flora of chronic patients. The balance of the group structure and the reconstruction of the intestinal microecology with a normal structure can promote the recovery of the function of the flora, so as to achieve the therapeutic effect of intestinal and extra-intestinal diseases. So far, there have been clinical reports at home and abroad that fecal microbiota transplantation has successfully cured or alleviated gastrointestinal-relate...
