Problems solved by technology

[0003] As far as the current method of measuring the emissivity of the animal body surface is concerned, the physical temperature is generally measured by inserting a thermocouple or sticking a thermometer on the animal body surface, and then measuring the infrared temperature with a thermal imager, which can be obtained by calculating the physical temperature and the infrared temperature. The emissivity of the animal body surface This method needs to measure both the physical temperature of the object and the infrared temperature of the object, and measuring the physical temperature is very troublesome, so it cannot be measured quickly

Abstract

The invention provides a system and a method for measuring the emissivity of the surface of an animal body. The system comprises a box body, a black body, a moving heat source and an infrared detection device. The infrared detection device takes a first thermal infrared image of a to-be-measured part of a to-be-measured animal body before heating and a second thermal infrared image of the black body before heating inside the box body, and takes a third thermal infrared image of the to-be-measured part of the to-be-measured animal body after heating through the moving heat source and a fourth thermal infrared image of the black body after heating through the moving heat source; the corresponding apparent temperatures of the to-be-measured part of the to-be-measured animal body before heating are calculated sequentially according to the thermal infrared images; and the emissivity of the surface of the to-be-measured part of the to-be-measured animal body is acquired through calculation according to the corresponding apparent temperatures. According to the invention, the emissivity of the surface of the to-be-measured animal body can be automatically output only by taking the thermal infrared images before and after heating. Therefore, measurement can be completed quickly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system and method for measuring emissivity of animal body surface. Background technique [0002] The heat exchange between the animal body surface and the outside world or due to illness will cause the temperature of the animal body surface to rise. At this time, it is necessary to obtain the temperature of the animal body surface. As a non-contact and non-invasive means of temperature measurement, thermal infrared technology is widely used in the field of animal temperature measurement, and the infrared emissivity of animal body surface directly affects the accuracy of temperature measurement. [0003] As far as the current method of measuring the emissivity of the animal body surface is concerned, the physical temperature is generally measured by inserting a thermocouple or sticking a thermometer on the animal body surface, and then measuring the infrared temperature with a thermal imager, which can be obtained by calculati...
