The heat dissipation separation boards are arranged between the outer heat dissipation unit surfaces and the inner heat dissipation unit surfaces to form miniature heat dissipation channels. The same ends of the outer-layer miniature heat dissipation channels and the inner-layer miniature heat dissipation channels are provided with a liquid distribution cavity communicated with the ends, and the other ends of the outer-layer miniature heat dissipation channels and the inner-layer miniature heat dissipation channels are provided with a liquid collection cavity communicated with the ends.
