Problems solved by technology

The above-mentioned biocontrol bacteria all belong to the genus Agrobacterium, and other biocontrol bacteria include mycorrhizal fungi (Song Fuqiang et al., 2005), actinomycetes (Liang Jing et al., 2008; Ji Jinglin et al., 2011), Pseudomonas sp. et al., 1988, 1991), Bacillus extract (Hammami et al., 2009), etc., but not commercialized

specific Embodiment 1

[0021]Specific Example 1: Inhibition of the formation of root tumors by A. tumefaciens infecting sunflower with 2# bacterial strain of Pallidum

[0022] The antagonistic bacteria 2# strain and Agrobacterium tumefaciens A. tumefaciensATCC23308 cultivated to the logarithmic phase in NB T Transfer to NB, culture at 28°C, 180rpm for 18-24h, count on a hemocytometer, adjust the concentration of the bacterial suspension to 10 6 cfuml -1 . The 2# strain and Agrobacterium tumefaciens suspension were mixed at a volume ratio of 10:1, and inoculated to the cotyledon of sunflower about 10 days after emergence. The specific method refers to the method of Wang Hongyan et al. (1998). Sterile water was used instead of antagonistic bacteria suspension and mixed with pathogenic bacteria as a control. 10 sunflower seedlings per treatment, a total of 3 replicates. Place them in a culture room at 28° C., observe whether there are nodules after one week, and measure the diameter of the nodules...

specific Embodiment 2

[0028] Specific Example 2: Inhibition of the formation of root tumors by A. tumefaciens infecting tomato with 2# bacterial strain of Pallidum

[0029] After 30d emergence 30d tomato seedling rhizome bases were scratched and 10 roots were injured, use 2# bacterial strain bacterial suspension (10 6 cfuml -1 ) dipped in the roots, then transplanted to a flower pot with a diameter of 12 cm, and then irrigated the roots. Each plant was irrigated with 100 ml of bacterial suspension, and the control was treated with an equal amount of clear water. On the second day, use A.tumefaciens bacterial suspension (10 6 cfuml -1 ) to irrigate the roots, and water 100ml per plant. 15 tomato seedlings per treatment, 3 replicates. After 2 months, the roots were dug and checked for root cancer. Investigate the number of nodules on the root and measure the nodule size and stem diameter, count the incidence rate and disease index, and calculate the disease prevention effect of antagonistic bact...

Abstract

The invention relates to an antagonistic bacterium strain capable of being used for prevention and control of a plant root cancer. The classification name of the antagonistic bacterium is ochrobactrum oryzae which was preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on September 2, 2014 with the preservation number of CGMCC No. 9634. The strain is used for prevention and control of the root cancer caused by infection of A. tumefaciens to a plant and biological treatment of soil infected by the A. tumefaciens.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of protection of agriculture, forestry and horticultural crops, and in particular relates to biocontrol bacteria for preventing and treating plant root cancer and its application. technical background [0002] Root cancer is a common bacterial disease caused by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Agrobacterium tumefaciens has a wide host range and can infect 643 species of plants belonging to 93 families and 331 genera (DeCleene, et al., 1981). It occurs commonly in some countries such as Europe, North America, South Africa and Asia. In my country, the more serious root cancer occurrence areas are Hebei, Shandong, Liaoning, Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu and other provinces (Ma Deyin and Wang Huimin, 1995). Among them, drupe, berry, pome fruit, nut fruit trees, and some forest trees and flowers are more severely damaged. Peach tree seedlings are prematurely senile after being injured, and the plants are dwarfed, and even di...
