The main pool is equipped with freeze-thaw, salinity, and nutrient regulation modules. The method uses an L18 (3²×6¹) orthogonal array to design experimental combinations of freeze-thaw patterns, salinity, and nutrients. The base frame is transferred to the auxiliary pool without breaking ice, and stratified morphological and physiological indicators are measured simultaneously. Data are harvested at the end of the experiment, and variance analysis is performed. This invention achieves undisturbed monitoring of the experimental environment, accurately recreates the complex stress environment, quantifies the effects of the three factors, provides a scientific basis for the ecological restoration of saline-alkali wetlands, and is convenient to operate and highly repeatable.
