The method comprises the following steps of: step 1, removing sulfide from collected oil well associated gas and performing catalytic reforming to obtain combustion raw material gas; step 2, introducing the combustion raw material gas and air into a fuel cell stack to perform a chemical reaction for generating heat energy and electric energy; and step 3, transmitting and distributing the electric energy into a petroleum collection device for petroleum extraction, and collecting the heat energy for heating injected water of a petroleum conveying pipeline and a water injection well.
