The present invention relates to a cultivation management apparatus for edible perennial herbaceous flowering plants, and bulbs and tubers, which allows the edible perennial herbaceous flowering plants, and bulbs and tubers to root and take root and allows the edible perennial herbaceous flowering plants, bulbs and tubers to grow stably in a constant immersed state in the order of 40%-50% of water with
low temperature treatment for
dormancy, by charging a
moisture absorption element into a mobile water tank flower pot by in the order of 50% of the pot; filling thereupon a
plant growth soil element consisting of a mixing soil (a culture soil optionally comprising
solid fertilizers or an organic fermented mixing soil) up to the upper layer portion; and arranging a separation element for separating between the
moisture absorption element and the
plant growth soil element. The present cultivation management apparatus comprises: a mobile water tank flower pot, filled with a
moisture absorption element consisting of
perlite and orchid stone, which absorbs moisture by a constant height from the bottom so as to provide moisture to the edible perennial herbaceous flowering plants, bulbs and tubers, corresponding to esculent plants, by always retaining an immersed state, and has, on the outer side thereof, an outlet and a plug formed to adjust the level of water so as to accommodate water in the order of 40%-60% when the edible perennial herbaceous flowering plants, and bulbs and tubers are rooted; a
plant growth soil element which is filled with a mixing soil (culture soil and
solid fertilizers, etc.) up to the upper portion of the water tank flower pot by being situated at the upper side of the
moisture absorption element, which allows a root zone to take root by planting the edible perennial herbaceous flowering plants and bulbs and tubers, and which maintains a stable growth; a separation element for separating the
moisture absorption element and the
plant growth soil element by being situated therebetween, the separation element consisting of
moisture retention materials formed of any one of non-woven fabrics, pulp materials, cotton materials and
cotton cloth materials for transferring the moisture contained in the water tank flower pot to the edible planted perennial herbaceous flowering plants, and bulbs and tubers and impregnating moisture from the
moisture absorption element; a moisture escape prevention element which is arranged on the
plant growth soil element in order to prevent the
exposure of the
plant growth soil element and which consists of
moisture retention materials for preventing the phenomenon of the moisture escaping so that the
moisture retention materials themselves impregnate a constant amount of moisture and thus the soil plant growth element is slightly wetted; and a cylindrical
water supply element for quickly supplying water to the water tank flower pot, the cylindrical
water supply element passing through the plant growth soil element and being in contact with the moisture absorption element in the water tank flower pot.
