The method for writing data of the SAN shared-file system comprises steps: whether a metadata server normally works on line is judged, if not, files to be written are stored into a carry-in space of local storage mediums, the on-line state of the metadata server is detected in real time, when the metadata server is detected to be on line, and data which is stored in the carry-in space of the local storage mediums is transferred into storage mediums of the SAN shared-file system. The method for writing data of the SAN shared-file system and the device effectively improve file writing efficiency of the SAN shared-file system, guarantees continuity, fault tolerance and anti-interference performance of file writing, and improves safety of the SAN shared-file system, thereby improving usage experience of users.
