The variable displacement well cementation construction method of firstly first displacement and then second displacement can displace the fast setting cement slurry in place on the premise of zero addition of thickening time, preventing water of a high-pressure water channeling layer from damaging the cement slurry in the annulus in a dissolution and transporting manner.
