A battery energy storage unit supplies energy to a DC / DC switching mode power supply. The switching mode power supply supplies electric energy to the driving protecting circuit. The optical energy supplying device has advantages of excellently settling a high-voltage insulation problem in a traditional energy supply type circuit and a high-voltage-side starting voltage equalizing problem in an energy acquiring type circuit, effectively restraining common-mode interference, and effectively preventing power supply stoppage to the driving protecting circuit caused by sudden disappear of the light source.
