Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic slurry and preparation and application thereof. The magnetic slurry is prepared from, by weight, 1 part of photothermal dual-cured resin, 1.5-4 parts of a diluting agent and 0.5-5 parts of magnetic powder. The photothermal dual-cured resin is acrylic group containing resin; the diluting agent is 80-180 DEG C in boiling point, 1mPa.s-2mPa.s in viscosity and 20Mn / m-30mN / m in surface tension and is easily volatile; the particle size of the magnetic powder is smaller than 1micrometer. By adoption of the photothermal dual-cured resin as a cured substrate, failure in deep curing due to light scattering, refraction and absorption actions of fillers can be overcome by thermal curing. In addition, by mutual regulation of the diluting agent / thixotropic agent, excellent stability is achieved while the jet requirement of 3D (three-dimensional) ink-jet printing can be met.
