The invention relates to a normal-temperature curing high-
corrosion-resistance self-lubricating
composite coating which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 35 parts of modified
epoxy resin, 12 to 22 parts of waterborne
polyurethane-
acrylate copolymer, 6 to 14 parts of lubricating filler, 4 to 9 parts of
corrosion-resistant filler, 10 to 18 parts of composite curing agent, 1 to 4 parts of dispersing agent, 0.5 to 3.5 parts of flatting agent, 0.8 to 2.5 parts of defoaming agent and 35 to 55 parts of auxiliary
solvent. According to the
coating disclosed by the invention, an interpenetrating network matrix is constructed through modified
epoxy resin and a waterborne
polyurethane-
acrylate copolymer, and is matched with components such as a nano
molybdenum disulfide /
graphene composite lubricating filler and a nano
titanium dioxide-
zinc oxide composite
corrosion-resistant filler, and a
photoinitiator-amine composite curing agent is combined, so that
dual curing is realized. The
coating has excellent properties of rapid curing at normal temperature, high corrosion resistance, self-
lubrication and the like, is low in VOC content and wide in application range, and provides an innovative solution for the field of surface protection.
