Alkali-soluble photo / thermal dual-curing aliphatic polyester acrylate resin, preparation method and application thereof

ActiveCN118978676BInksPhotomechanical apparatusPolyesterDual cure
The application belongs to the technical field of solder resist ink resins, and particularly relates to an alkali-soluble photo / thermal dual-curing aliphatic polyester acrylate resin as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The application discloses an aliphatic polyester acrylate resin as shown in formula I. The preparation method of the aliphatic polyester acrylate resin is as follows: first, an intermediate product with an epoxy group at the end is prepared by reacting an aliphatic diepoxy compound with an aliphatic diacid; then, the obtained intermediate product is reacted with acrylic acid to obtain an intermediate product with an acrylate group at the end; finally, the obtained intermediate product is reacted with an aliphatic cyclic diacid anhydride to obtain a target product. The aliphatic polyester acrylate resin prepared by the method has excellent photo / thermal curing performance and alkali etching developing property, and since the resin does not contain an aromatic structure, the application of the resin in the preparation of solder resist ink can overcome the defect of poor yellowing resistance, so that the aliphatic polyester acrylate resin has a good application prospect in the field of low-yellowing solder resist ink.

A single-component dual-curing 3D printing photosensitive resin and elastomer material incorporating a "latent" reaction source, and its preparation method.

This invention provides a single-component, dual-curing 3D printing photosensitive resin, elastomer material, and preparation method incorporating a "latent" reaction source, relating to the field of 3D printing technology. The photosensitive resin, by weight, comprises the following raw materials: 70-90 parts of methacrylate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, 1-5 parts of a dehydrating compound under heating conditions, 5-15 parts of an reactive diluent, and 1-5 parts of a photoinitiator. The structural formula of the methacrylate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer is shown in Formula II. The photosensitive resin of this invention introduces a dehydrating substance that can be heated to a specific temperature as a "latent" reaction source. In the post-printing processing stage, dehydration is triggered by heating, and the released water molecules react with some isocyanate groups in the system, generating a highly active diamine chain extender in situ, which then undergoes a highly efficient chain extension reaction with the remaining isocyanate.

Dual-cure method and system for manufacturing 3D polymeric structures

ActiveCN117304425BAdditive manufacturing apparatus3D rigid printed circuitsImideDual cure
A dual cure process for forming a solid polymeric structure is provided. An end-capped terminal imide prepolymer is combined with at least one photopolymerizable ethylenic monomer, at least one photoinitiator, and a diamine to form a curable resin composition. The resin composition is irradiated in a first step under conditions effective to polymerize the at least one ethylenic monomer, thereby forming a scaffold composed of the prepolymer and polyolefin, wherein the diamine is entrapped within the scaffold. The irradiated composition is then heat treated at a temperature effective to cause a transimidization reaction between the prepolymer and the diamine, thereby releasing the terminal groups of the prepolymer to provide the solid polymeric structure. Also provided is a curable resin composition comprising an end-capped terminal imide prepolymer, at least one photopolymerizable ethylenic monomer, at least one photoinitiator, and a diamine, and related methods of use.
