Abstract

The invention relates to a prediction method for the ageing state of a composite insulator. The prediction method includes the steps that a multi-dimensional prediction model, about environment elements (the contamination degree, humidity and ultraviolet intensity) and operation years, of trap parameters (trap charge quantity) is set up, trap charge quantities of multiple samples are tested, equivalent time of each environment element is calculated according to operation environment and operation years of the composite insulator to determine a prediction formula, and the influence factor of the environment elements to ageing of the composite insulator is obtained. The relation between the trap parameters of space charges of a silicone rubber material of the composite insulator and the elements such as the operation time and the operation environment is determined, and the ageing trend of the operating composite insulator along with the operation time in the complex environment elements can be predicted accurately. It can be known by comparing with actual test values that the prediction value error is small and is within 16%, and a good evaluation effect is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of voltage and insulation, and in particular relates to a method for predicting the aging state of a composite insulator. Background technique [0002] The statistical results show that the degradation of the insulation performance of composite insulators is mostly caused by the aging of silicone rubber materials. The aging of silicone rubber material itself is a microscopic change process, so it is often impossible to accurately describe its aging process and state by using macroscopic electrical and mechanical characteristic test methods, let alone predict its future aging trend. [0003] Thermally stimulated current (TSC) is a relatively advanced method for studying the aging state of composite insulators. This method can obtain the space charge trap parameters of the silicone rubber material of the composite insulator in operation. However, the results obtained by this test method cannot be directly app...
