The steam generator comprises a heating cavity and a spray pipe, wherein a first steam outlet and a second steam outlet are formed in the heating cavity; two ends of the spray pipe are respectively connected with the first steam outlet and the second steam outlet; a plurality of steam spray orifices are formed in the spray pipe. According to the technical scheme, due to formation of two steam outlets in the heating cavity, two ends of the spray pipe can be connected with the heating cavity at the same time, so that two paths of steam can be conveyed into the spray pipe at the same time through the heating cavity, and furthermore, through mutual overlapping of two paths of steam, a steam pressure at the tail part of the spray pipe can be increased inevitably, and thus, an impeller and an oil screen of the range hood can be cleaned better.
