In a specific embodiment, the method includes the steps that locating information of a user is acquired, wherein the locating information includes user locating coordinates; the user locating coordinates serve as the input value of a pre-trained Bayesian forecasting model, and the probability value that the user is located at each of the multiple geographical information points is acquired, wherein the Bayesian forecasting model is obtained through training with basic information of the geographical information points serving as sample data, and the basic information includes the locating coordinates of the geographical information points and historical locating information of historical visiting users; the geographical information point with the maximum probability value is determined as the geographical information point where the user is located.
