Embodiment Construction

[0045] The method for transferring and unloading nuclear power plant spent fuel in an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:

[0046] S1. Transfer the transport container loaded with spent fuel to the unloading area in a horizontal state.

[0047] The transportation container is on the transportation vehicle, and is fixed on the transportation vehicle by the transportation bracket. A personnel protective cover is installed on the outer periphery of the transport container to ensure that the barrier accessible surface temperature is below 85°C.

[0048] The transport container includes a cylindrical body, a hanging basket for fixing spent fuel arranged in the body, an inner cover and an outer cover installed on the body in turn, and shock absorbers installed at both ends of the body.

[0049] S2. Disassemble the shock absorber of the transport container, and place the transport container vertically in the cleaning pool of the unloading area.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for infield transporting and unloading of spent fuel in a nuclear power plant. The method comprises the following steps: S1, transporting a spent fuel loaded transportation container to an unloading area in a horizontal state; S2, placing the transportation container into a cleaning pool of the unloading area in a vertical state; S3, disassembling an outer cover of the transportation container, and arranging a shield plate on an inner cover of the transportation container; S4, opening covers on a drainage hole and an exhaust hole on the inner cover, connecting a radioactive detection device, detecting if the transportation container has radioactive gases or not, if so, stopping unloading, and if not, removing the radioactive detection device, and executing the step S5; S5, filling water into the transportation container and carrying out cooling; S6, disassembling the inner cover of the transportation container; and S7, taking the spent fuel out of the transportation container. The method provided by the invention realizes infield transporting and unloading of the spent fuel in the nuclear power plant, and guarantees empty framework to receive new fuel in the nuclear power plant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear power plant spent fuel treatment, in particular to a nuclear power plant spent fuel in-field transfer and unloading method. Background technique [0002] Spent fuel, also known as irradiated nuclear fuel, is nuclear fuel that has been exposed to radiation and used, usually produced by nuclear reactors in nuclear power plants. In nuclear power plants, there is a spent fuel pool for temporary storage of spent fuel, and the spent fuel pool stores spent fuel through the configured grid. When the spent fuel pool is close to full capacity, the spent fuel needs to be transferred to a dedicated spent fuel storage plant for receiving and disposal, so as to free up enough empty racks to receive new fuel. [0003] Among the existing related technologies, there is no related technology to solve the problem of spent fuel transfer and unloading. Contents of the invention [0004] The technical problem to be...
