According to the invention, through arrangement of the three layers of cylinder containers inside and outside, raw water, waste water and pure water can be isolated and separated from one another and can also be directly observed and compared by observers, and the observers can visually know the work effect of reverse osmosis; and the arrangement of the three layers of cylinder containers inside and outside also enables the appearance to be more beautiful, and when water flows, a similar fountain effect can be formed.
