Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for updating a URL library. The method is applied to a safety device, and comprises the steps of receiving an HTTP request message sent by a user terminal to a remote server, wherein the HTTP request message comprises the URL address of a webpage to be visited; finding a URL address matched with the URL address of the webpage to be visited from the URL library; if the matched URL address is not found, leading the user terminal to visit a URL collection page located on a specified management device, and thus submitting the URL address of the webpage to be visited by the user terminal via the URL collection webpage for examination; and updating the URL library according to an examination result of the URL address of the webpage to be visited returned by the management device.
